Q: Do you ship orders overseas?

A: Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too.

Please note that given the unprecedented circumstances, there will be order processing and delivery delays. International shipment by our partner DHL is temporary scheduled on a monthly basis. We are committed to getting orders to our customers as quickly as possible.

Q: How much will I pay for International shipping?

A: Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the “Shipping Address” page, you’ll see price for your order.*

* Please note: certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Boutsaya cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect. Due to Laos’s status as a Least Developed Country, imports from Laos are often exempted from import taxes as textiles and handicraft products. Any additional import fees must be paid by customers.

Q: Can you designate my order as a gift so I don’t need to pay custom fees?

A: We’re sorry, but we are not able to designate any packages as gifts.

Q: How long will it take for my International package to arrive?

A: International orders typically arrive within 4-10 business days. Customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays.

Q: Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?

A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. DHL, Boutsaya, or any other independent shipping carrier cannot be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Boutsaya has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Boutsaya, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Q: What if I receive my order and it’s damaged?

A: First and foremost, we hope this does not happen to you. In the event that it does we sincerely apologize in advance. Please contact us immediately at customercare@boutsaya.com and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

Q: Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

A: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

Q: What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

A: In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@boutsaya.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Q: What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

A: If a product is out of stock, you will be informed when you add it to your Shopping Cart or at Checkout. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will initiate order cancellation and refund the amount.

Q: What payment method does Boutsaya accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and UnionPay. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.  All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

Q: What is your exchange and return policy?

A: All items purchased are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. We guarantee the finest quality and craftsmanship. All orders will be carefully checked before ship out. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, please reach out to us at customercare@boutsaya.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, our team will promptly get back to you with our best possible solutions.

Q: Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

A: No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

Q: I own a boutique, can I place a wholesale order?

A: We would love to hear from you, please get in touch with us at info@boutsaya.com, our team will provide you with the wholesale price and suggested delivery options.
